By accessing or using GetItDone ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
GetItDone is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking services with service providers. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any agreements between clients and providers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
5. Payments and Fees
GetItDone charges a platform fee of 10% on completed transactions. All payments must be processed through our secure payment system. Attempting to circumvent our payment system may result in account termination.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between clients and providers, we encourage users to first attempt to resolve the matter directly. GetItDone may, at its discretion, assist in mediating disputes but is not obligated to do so.
7. Limitation of Liability
GetItDone is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between users, quality of services provided, or any losses incurred.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
