This website is operated by Vatatu Technologies (Pty) Ltd, trading as GetItDone (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The content on this site, including price ranges, timelines and examples, is general information to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not a quote or an offer.

A binding price, scope and timeline only exist once we send you a written proposal and you accept it. That proposal and the agreement that comes with it govern any project we do for you.

When you send us an enquiry, please give accurate details and don't share confidential information until we've signed an NDA, if you need one. We handle what you send in line with our privacy notice.

The GetItDone name, logo, design and content of this site belong to Vatatu Technologies. You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with attribution, but not copy or reuse the site's design or content otherwise without permission. (Code we build for clients belongs to the client, as set out in their agreement.)

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, submit spam or malicious content through the forms, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.

The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp and our parent company Vatatu. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't run.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on this site or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
