We charge a 10% fee on completed jobs. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. The fee is automatically deducted when payment is released.
Are there any upfront costs?
No! Signing up and using the platform is completely free. You only pay the platform fee when a job is successfully completed.
How do payments work?
Clients pay for jobs through our secure payment system (PayFast). Funds are held safely until the job is completed and approved, then released to the provider minus the platform fee.
Can I cancel a job?
Yes, jobs can be cancelled before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation terms depend on the agreement between client and provider.
